You feel frustrated because you’ve exhausted yourself with therapies and supplements and techniques to alleviate your problems, and nothing you do seems to shift your experience.  Somewhere inside there is a voice that asks, “What is this really about?”  You suspect that there is more to it than lies on the surface, but it still seems just beyond reach.
