Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving is one of my all time favorite days of the year!  What an incredible opportunity to celebrate life and friendship, and to remember all of the blessings we have in our lives.

One of the best things we can do for our health is to continually focus on the good things that we have in our lives.  This is especially important in stressful times.  In the face of today’s economic hardship it is easy to get caught up in the fear and turmoil sweeping the nation.  But the truth is, focusing on fear and negativity will do nothing to relieve the situation.

Even in hard times we always have an abundance of things to be grateful for.  Focusing on these positive aspects of our lives will raise our vibration, which will in turn raise our level of health and allow us to attact the opportunities and experiences we desire into our lives.

May everyday be a day of Thanksgiving, and may this year’s holidays infuse you with health, joy and well being!
