Cherishing the Moment

Tonight I found out some news that bummed me out - I wouldn’t be able to move into the house that I had decided was mine. I could feel the sadness and negative vibes making their move - creeping in and trying to set up camp.

I was totally aware of all of this happening, and of consciously not wanting to be bumming and to let the low vibrations of disappointment take over. I took some deep breaths and allowed myself to remember that the universe is perfect. The universe always provides for me in the perfect way, in perfect timing. Feeling Abundance

I just returned from a retreat of total luxury in Strawberry Hot Springs, CO. The whole experience was opulence at its best — the quiet mountains and rushing flow of water down the creek; the steamy, mineral-rich water pouring down from the hillside; floating freely through the hot, sulfury pools; breathing in the cool, refreshing mountain air. Three days of complete rest and relaxation - it was pure enjoyment!

As I relished in the feeling of abundance in my mountain paradise, what occurred to me is that wealth and abundance are subjective. They are a feeling state that we can turn up and down, much like we do with our other emotions such a happiness and sadness.

The Visioning Process

I just returned from co-facilitating an incredible health retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica for 18 participants.

Besides eating AMAZING local food, doing yoga and chi gung every morning and evening on the beach, and connecting soulfully with our retreat community, we spent a lot of our time clarifying our intentions and visioning what we want for our lives this year.

Now is the time to vision!
